STEP 2 – “Place Your Junk at the Curb Before Your Pickup Day”

Everything should be outside, visible, and ready for us to grab when we reach your route. This helps keep our stops quick and ensures your junk gets picked up without delays. Simply put your items at the curb ahead of time, and we’ll take it from there.

We ask customers to schedule pickups at least 24 hours in advance so we can plan the route the night before. If you miss your scheduled pickup day for your area, we can still come back—there’s just an additional fee for an out-of-route pickup. This keeps our weekly routes running smooth while still giving you the flexibility to get your junk removed when needed
